¿What's the problem with Spam?

Spam implies earnings for the spamming and a loss for the rest of society and an abuse of private resources. This means you lose time and money, and wsated resources whose legitimate owners could have dedicated to a different activity. No one has the right to decide what to do with the time and/or resources of others, and that's exactly what a spammer does with yours.
